MEADIAsolutions,  Yukon’s Apple Specialists is expanding and looking for additional Apple Sales Associates. Position are full-time, permanent positions with further opportunity for training in other areas.  As we are seeking several new staff, we will also consider persons seeking between 20-30 hours per week.

Job Description:

Provide positive customer communication and experience though face-to-face, phone and email;  Create quotes, orders, work-orders, and invoices for sales and service; Assist with shipping/receiving and organization/maintenance of sales areas; Able to sell Apple-based services, accessories, and software to fit customer needs.

  3. Organized, reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
  4. Quick and willing to learn new skills. This is a position that can evolve.
  5. Flexible with schedule when required.
  6. Energetic, has a positive approach to challenges; motivated and innovative.
  7. Multitasks well and ability to work under pressure.
  8. Initial Training Requirements:
    • Complete Apple Sales Training Online to APP within one month (Apple Product Professional Level)
    • Customer Skills for Service Technicians (online at GSX Training)
    • Watch all Apple Service Toolkit Videos

Responsibilities:

  1. Find solutions for customers through Apple-focused solutions, products, accessories and software.
  2. Primary person to meet and greet customers as required.
  3. Primary person to answer and direct calls as required.
  4. Inform customers on repair and order status when they call or come in.
  5. Create work-order’s for customers and complete basic computer diagnosis.
  6. Create custom quotes and orders for customers.
  7. Record customer payments and customer notes on orders within POS system.
  8. Basic computer set-up for new computers.
  9. Help with day to day items of running the business.
  10. Assist with pick-ups, deliveries and errands as required.
  11. Assist in scheduling consultations, repairs, and onsite visits.
  12. Assist in displays, organizing of stock and inventory
  13. Proficient in providing the right solutions to customers.

Misc Points:

  1. Service training and certification is available
  2. Computer and mobile device provided (upon completing sales training)
  3. Hourly rate is $21 depending on qualifications/experience  (40 hours per week)
