Priority/Emergency Rates:
- Priority Service $125 – Priority repairs are serviced before standard-rate repairs where possible.
- Rental (mobile) $50 – One-time fee for mobile repairs or sales
- Rental (computer) $100 – One-time fee for computer repairs or sales
- Emergency Hours $175 – Minimum charge for emergency callbacks or after-hour visits. Regular rates apply on top of this charge.
Diagnostics: (waived with repair, computer purchase, or parts donation)
- Diagnostics (Minimum) $40 – Minimum diagnostic/quick-fix charge under 10 minutes (ie. iPod, iPhone check)
- Diagnostics (Basic) $50 – Diagnostic completed by professional Apple Technician, the computer will be checked in – Turnaround time varies

Data Recovery:
- Data Recovery (Diagnosis) $125
- Removal and scan of drive, attempt recovery sample

- Data Recovery Service – user folder recovery (documents, desktop, music, pictures). Includes system rebuild labour and transfer or data to new system. Should be noted that some files may be corrupted.

Note: Apple warranty does not cover parts or labor if: Issue caused by non-Apple hardware; result of software; no trouble found; evidence of physical or liquid damage; data recovery requested; Data backup prior to work is the sole responsibility of the customer. Apple Parts are returned to Apple. Data recovery must be requested at time of check-in. One hour minimum charge on all non-warranty repairs.
